Q23   I cannot find any driver inside attached CD.
Q24   When I plug USB Mobile DVR Box into USB port, system cannot detect any new device.
Q25   When I plug USB Mobile DVR Box into USB port, why it shows "this device can run in higher speed..."?
Q26   In specification, it shows the maximum frame rate is 60(NTSC)/50(PAL) with connect two cameras, how to achieve it?


Q23   I cannot find any driver inside attached CD.
A23   This device is plug_and_play for Windows XP SP2; it does not need driver to install. After you plug it into USB 2.0 port for a while, open "My Computer", you will find new "USB Video Device" camera icon inside, it means the driver already installed successfully. If your operation system is not SP2, please using live update to update it from Microsoft's website.
 

Q24   When I plug USB Mobile DVR Box into USB port, system cannot detect any new device.
A24   This device required for external power supply, please plug attached DC 5V power adaptor on it, you can see an LED light on it, then plug USB cable into your PC.
 

Q25   When I plug USB Mobile DVR Box into USB port, why it shows "this device can run in higher speed..."?
A25   This device suitable for USB 2.0 port only, please checks does your PC equipped with USB 2.0 port or not. If not, you can add an extra USB 2.0 expand card into your PC and plug USB Mobile DVR Box on it.
 

Q26   In specification, it shows the maximum frame rate is 60(NTSC)/50(PAL) with connect two cameras, how to achieve it?
A26   Support only when you camera with video channel 1 and 3, 1 and 4, 2 and 3 or 2 and 4. You must disable those channels not use and restart application again.
