1) Please check if the Brightness and Contrast control of monitor in a suitable setting.
2) If the monitor setting is normal, please try to reboot the DVR by pressing the power switch.
3) If it dose not help to solve the problem, please restart the DVR until five seconds later.
4) If the problem continue exists after trying above suggestions, please consult your local dealer. |

Please follow the steps to modify your browser settings of IE to allow unsigned activeX components
1) Go to Tools > Internet Options
2) Go to the Security tab
3) Click on the Custom Level button
4) Under the entry ActiveX controls and plug-ins, set everything to "prompt" instead of "disable"
5) Click on OK to save.
6) Go to the web view again, simply install the application as it prompts you. |

What can I do if I forgot the password? |

1) If you forgot other user's password, but still keep the password of user "Admin", please login as Admin, delete other user and reset again.
2) If you forgot the password include Admin, please remove the Main Program of RapidOS DVR from control table and re-install again. (the archives will still exist) |
